Subject: Fake websites offering Indian e-Visa
E-Visa facility to India is available on GOI website: www.indianvisaonline.gov.in.
Visa to India can be applied online and payments can also be made online by cards. Granted Visa comes on e-mail of the applicant. Detailed instructions regarding this are available on the above-mentioned website.
It has been brought to our notice that many third party websites have cropped up offering Indian e-Visa to foreign nationals. Such fake websites misguide foreign nationals and also in some cases dupe them of their money.
